1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the spin888 platform available at spin888.bid (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of spin888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by spin888 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the spin888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. spin888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify spin888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

spin888 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at spin888's discretion.

• Accepted identification documents include: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID.
• Proof of address may include utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the spin888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spin888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your spin888 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. spin888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• spin888 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times.
• spin888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

spin888 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

spin888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all spin888 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. spin888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the spin888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

spin888 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, spin888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. spin888 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by technical errors. spin888 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted are final. spin888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, and to correct any manifest errors in game results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spin888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spin888 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spin888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

spin888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spin888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spin888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Account Termination

spin888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At spin888's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting spin888 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spin888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

spin888 operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which governs online gaming activities in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

14. Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
